If ETM Machine® Standalone fails to function within 30 days of receiving it, contact us at:

You will be given instructions on how to fix the problem or whether a new machine will be issued as soon as possible.

Support for the Standalone will be Discontinued June 1, 2019

Contact us through email or phone to let us know what the problem is so that we can instruct you on the best way to fix the problem. You can also send the machine directly to us to see if it can be fixed. Make sure you include a letter stating the problem and the original invoice or receipt. If you don’t have either invoice or receipt, please make sure to include the name and school/organization through which it was ordered on the letter.
