Refund and Cancellation Policy for ETM APP

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase of this product. However, if you are not completely satisfied due to technical difficulties, you may contact us to discuss the following options:

1. A refund (partial or total) If the technical difficulties are caused by Educational Classroom Systems and cannot be fixed.
2. Tech Support (We can only provide support for our web site and the ETM APP on Apple and Google Play. We cannot provide support for your company’s computer or individual cell phones. Please refer to your company’s computer tech or your cell phone provider for the tech support)
3. ETM Cards If an ETM Card’s QR code is not working, or the print of the card/s is not of quality, contact us for a replacement.

There will be no refunds for subscriptions once the ETM Cards have been printed. These cards are specifically designed for each individual customer and cannot be resold even if ETM Cards have not been used.

You will be sent via email a reminder that your yearly subscription is nearly up. You can decide to cancel at this time or subscribe again through the website or purchase order. You will have a one week grace period to submit subscription payment before your account becomes inactive.
